Kennst Du das Me&All-Hotel in Mainz, das Proviantmagazin, das Ärztehaus in der Wallstraße oder die Zentrale von ZDF Enterprise? Das sind nur einige der Immobilienprojekte von J. Molitor aus Ingelheim. Eine unserer Schwerpunkt-Branchen ist die Biotechnologie – deshalb entwickeln wir u. a. spannende-Projekte für große Pharmaunternehmen. Dabei sind wir eingebettet in eine starke Holding mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeiter:innen, die alle Bereiche der Immobilienwirtschaft abdeckt.

Wir suchen aktuell eine:n Werkstudent:in für unser Immobilienmarketing. Wir bieten Dir einen Job, in dem Du eigenständig arbeiten kannst, jederzeit Zugriff auf Fachexperten verschiedenster Disziplinen hast und voll ins Team integriert wirst. Kurzum: Unsere Werkstudent:innen sammeln echte Berufserfahrung.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

• Pflege der Webseiten via WordPress (Sicherung der Aktualität, Einstellen von News-Beiträgen, Einstellen von neuen Vertriebsobjekten, regelmäßiges Überprüfen der Meta-Daten, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von neuen Webseiten & Relaunches)
• regelmäßiges Reporting & Tracking der Webseiten-Performance
• Unterstützung bei der Kampagnenplanung & Pflege der Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Youtube)
• Erstellung und Betreuung von Anzeigen im Print-Bereich
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Werbemitteln (Präsentationen, Broschüren, Kundengeschenke, Mailings, Visitenkarten, Anzeigen, etc.)
• Unterstützung bei Events (Richtfeste, Grundsteinlegung, interne Veranstaltungen, Foto Shootings, etc.)

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität (Marketing / Kommunikation / Online-Marketing / Immobilienwirtschaft o.Ä.)
• Idealerweise hast Du bereits Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Immobilien.
• Außerdem erwarten wir mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Social-Media-Affinität ist für den Job extrem wichtig.
• Im Marketing denken wir kreativ und gerne „out of the box“.
• Die wichtigsten Softskills für uns: Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit.

• Du bist ein kommunikativer Typ? Perfekt! Auch die (Kunden-)Kommunikation über Telefon und E-Mail zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben.
• Wir suchen außerdem nach Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Vertriebsdaten- und unterlagen.

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität, idealerweise im Fachbereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Du solltest Dich auf Deutsch und Englisch gut ausdrücken können – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sind für uns die wichtigsten Softskills.

Our IT department is looking for reinforcements! In the middle of the Rheingau wine region, we will open the WALD.WEIT – Rheingau Hotel & Retreat in 2024 as a place of power for individualists. Within a strong holding company, you will primarily be responsible for the IT administration of the new holiday destination – a job with a lot of creative freedom in a fresh team, with strong structures and concentrated experience behind you.

Your areas of responsibility:

• First level support for our internal customers in various systems
• Processing of all computer systems and coordination of IT-related matters
• technical advice
• IT training and education for employees
• Cross-departmental project support
• Coordination and control of external service providers
• Processing IT-related guest inquiries

Your skills:

• Completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a similar position – preferably in the hotel industry
• Good knowledge of network technologies in the Microsoft environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server and Hyper-V
• Knowledge of common standard applications (e.g. MS Office, M365)
• Basic knowledge of LANCOM is desirable
• strong problem-solving skills and communication skills, for example for first level support
• Class B driving license (your primary place of work is at our headquarters in Ingelheim, but the hotel location in Kiedrich must also be visited regularly)
• very good knowledge of German and English

Duties:

• Central contact person (m/s/d) for all employees, trainees, temporary workers and interns
• Supporting the human resources department in administrative tasks (creation of contracts and service certificates, creation and control of rosters and working time recording, on- and offboarding)
• Preparatory work for payroll accounting
• Support in applicant management and recruiting and taking on interviews
• Supporting work in the area of ​​personnel development

Duties:

• Managing real estate projects from the acquisition, planning and construction right through to the expiry of the warranty
• Assuming the role of internal contracting party and building contractor
• Inspecting acquired plots
• Drawing up development and usage concepts
• Overseeing projects from the securing of planning permission to the construction phase and the handover to the client
• Performing financial calculations for projects and monitoring the budget
• Managing the planning team and interdisciplinary project teams
• Conducting negotiations with authorities and other parties involved in projects

Your profile:

• You should hold a degree in a field of study related to engineering or real estate
• You have at least two years’ experience in the construction and/or real estate sector
• You possess expertise in planning, preparing and carrying out building projects
• You can demonstrate interdisciplinary expertise in the context of overall real estate conception and management as well as sustainability aspects in the real estate sector
• You work flexibly and independently
• You enjoy varied roles
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are highly resilient
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
