Careers at MOLITOR: Creating values together

J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH is a regionally active project developer based in the town of Ingelheim am Rhein. Since 1989, we have been developing and realising real estate projects at our own risk. We are also a service provider in the area of contract construction and are involved in every kind of regional project development: from the wide range of residential properties – including large residential complexes, apartments, family homes and luxury villas – to modern commercial properties for individual working environments; from special properties to retail space – J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH covers the entire range.

Project development from one single source

Our success is built on the foundations of our competent and highly motivated team, which has a passion for project development – right down to the last detail.

We manage every aspect of the real estate development process ourselves: from conceiving the project to securing planning permission; from development measures to legal concepts; from construction to marketing by the company’s own sales department; from turnkey handover to subsequent management. Our experienced experts put all their passion, energy and knowledge into every single project. Just like the excellent construction specialists at our sister company Karl Gemünden GmbH & CO. KG. The synergy generated by having all the relevant expertise of a group of companies under one roof enables us to deliver first-class quality.
