Duties:

• Central contact person (m/s/d) for all employees, trainees, temporary workers and interns
• Supporting the human resources department in administrative tasks (creation of contracts and service certificates, creation and control of rosters and working time recording, on- and offboarding)
• Preparatory work for payroll accounting
• Support in applicant management and recruiting and taking on interviews
• Supporting work in the area of ​​personnel development
• Ensuring standard, HR-relevant communication to all employees
• Planning and supporting employee and trainee events

What you should bring with you:

• Initial experience in HR and a management position would be an advantage
• Professional experience in the hotel industry desirable
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Discretion and excellent organizational skills
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• A high level of communicative competence, the ability to work in a team and conflict resolution skills
