Tradition through the generations
Planning, designing, and implementing our own projects—that was what motivated us to enter the project development sector. Building on over a century of construction tradition, the Gemünden Group expanded its business in 1989. For over 30 years, J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH has been on a path to success. The company, which began by building a two-family home, has since completed projects worth well over 100 million euros. The foundation of our success is our skilled and highly motivated team, which is passionate about project development.
Individual developments
For us as construction experts, every project is a unique, creative challenge. Our experienced civil engineers, architects, and real estate professionals pour all their passion, energy, and expertise into every single project. Because in the end, the result must always meet our high standards. And above all, it must be a result that our clients—from young families to investment funds—can say:
‘I made a good investment.’
