Tradition through the generations
The motivation for getting into project development was so that the company could plan, design and implement its own projects. Having built up its traditional construction experience over the course of more than 100 years, the Gemünden Group expanded into new business areas in 1989. J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH has been enjoying success for over 25 years. The company, which started out by building a semi-detached house, now manages projects worth well over 100 million euros. Our success is built on the foundations of our competent and highly motivated team, which has a passion for project development.
