J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH is a regionally active project developer based in the town of Ingelheim am Rhein. Since 1989, the company has been developing and realising real estate projects at its own risk. It is also a service provider in the area of contract construction. At the same time, J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH is involved in every kind of regional project development, whether detached houses, residential complexes, functional buildings – such as hotels or medical centres – retail units, office parks or listed buildings, to buy or rent. As a sister company of the construction company Karl Gemünden GmbH & Co. KG, J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH has solid roots in the construction industry. The entire property life cycle is covered and managed by specialist companies within the joint network.
For us, every property is a unique challenge. We develop high-quality properties with carefully planned usage concepts and state-of-the-art building technology. Together with our team and our strong partners, we manage every aspect of the development process, from conceiving the project to securing planning permission; from development measures to legal concepts; from construction to marketing by the company’s own sales department; from turnkey handover to subsequent commercial and technical management.

Having built up its traditional construction experience over the course of more than 140 years, the family-owned company Karl Gemünden GmbH & Co. KG expanded into new business areas in 1989 with the project development company J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH. Over the decades, a strong, regional partner network has evolved. Together with partners from various industries, we pursue the aim of developing and realising high-quality living spaces with lasting value.
