Mainz is Super City 2023!

The current city ranking by WirtschaftsWoche, ImmoScout24 and IW Consult has examined 71 independent cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. Economic strength, location quality and sustainability are areas that are included in the ranking. Mainz takes first place in the dynamic ranking! And in the level ranking our state capital comes in second place, directly behind Munich. This is no surprise to us, because we develop real estate projects of all asset classes here and know the numerous location advantages. And we live here.
