Since 1989, the company has been developing and realising real estate projects at its own risk. It is also a service provider in the area of contract construction. At the same time, J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH is involved in every kind of regional project development, whether detached houses, residential complexes, functional buildings \u2013 such as hotels or medical centres \u2013 retail units, office parks or listed buildings, to buy or rent. As a sister company of the construction company Karl Gem\u00fcnden GmbH & Co. KG, J. Molitor Immobilien GmbH has solid roots in the construction industry. The entire property life cycle is covered and managed by specialist companies within the joint network. <\/p>\n

For us, every property is a unique challenge. We develop high-quality properties with carefully planned usage concepts and state-of-the-art building technology.
